Leadership is essential to the success of our multidisciplinary department, and we are seeking a Clinical Lead who can provide high-level clinical oversight.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic leadership and support across our team.
  • Develop and implement assessment processes for children and young people engaged in our programs.
  • Lead Allied Health Practitioners in developing Behaviour Support Plans, Safety and Treatment Plans, Functional Capacity Assessments, and other clinical reports.
  • Foster staff wellbeing, open communication, and professional growth through consistent supervision and mentoring.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with children and young people with trauma backgrounds.
  • Registration as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Behavioural Specialist Counsellor, Psychotherapist, or Other Allied Health Professional.
  • Membership with a nationally accredited association such as PACFA, ACA, AHPRA, AASW, APA, NDIS Commission.
