Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain daily operations across bar, floor & service
  • Lead from the front—train, mentor & inspire your team
  • Manage rosters, stock, COGS, and behind-the-scenes tasks
  • Foster a top-tier guest experience every single time
  • Ensure compliance, RSA, and venue safety are always paramount
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, owners & the broader team to build something exceptional
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced bar or pub
  • Hands-on, people-first leader with a team-focused mindset
  • Strong financial acumen – confident managing budgets, wage costs & stock
  • Calm under pressure and thriving in high-volume service
  • Motivated by guest experience, driven by team culture
  • Comprehensive understanding of venue operations, compliance & RSA regulations
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced bar or pub
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification essential
