About this role

We are dedicated to delivering peace of mind through our care, providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner, delivering excellence in customer service to residents.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility, creating a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life.

About the Role:

  • 13 sites across Adelaide Metro and Yorke Peninsula
  • Part time & casual opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have working rights in Australia
  • Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience preferably in an aged care setting
  • Be able to work individually and in a team
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff

Working at Eldercare requires a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people), which must be less than 12 months since date of issue.

As per our Employee Immunisation Policy, all employees are required to:

  • Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year
  • Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines

Exemptions on a temporary or permanent basis can only be approved by our Chief Executive.
