About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and newly registered Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Disability Services team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from paediatrics to geriatrics, with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities.

You will deliver flexible, impactful care in a holistic and client-centred way, working in clients' homes, community settings, or from our office spaces. With personalised mentorship from experienced Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders, you will be supported to grow your skills, build confidence, and thrive in your career as a Speech Pathologist.

  • Receive continual ongoing support from our friendly Senior Speech Pathologists and Clinical Supervisors to help you settle in, grow, and thrive.
  • Attend monthly 'communities of practice' where you will connect and build lasting relationships with our Disability teams across NSW and SA. In these sessions, we share practice knowledge, troubleshoot, and brainstorm how we can continuously improve our services and celebrate our wins.
