The Role

We are seeking a commercially and strategically focused professional to support managers and employees across the full employment lifecycle. As our new HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Oversight of employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace issues in a timely manner.
  • Managing the workforce planning team and developing strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent.
  • Developing, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Driving performance and achieving positive business outcomes.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A previous track record in a generalist HR Manager position.
  • An understanding of the NDIS landscape is advantageous but not essential as sector knowledge.
  • Previous experience in building cohesive systems and processes within an active HR environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
