An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Employee Relations team at BHP Group.

About the Role
  • As a key member of the team, you will provide coaching and advice to leaders in managing complex employee relations matters.
  • You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to line leaders in managing performance and conduct issues, including workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • You will proactively support and develop line leader capability by facilitating ER training and contributing to the execution of ER Strategy.
About You

You are a passionate and driven HR/ER professional with a depth of experience supporting leaders across all case management areas of ER.

You bring a strong knowledge of the Australian industrial relations landscape and legal requirements.

With proven success in working in a fast-paced environment, you are agile in your approach and able to deliver on multiple priorities.
