High-End Leasing Professional

We are seeking a skilled leasing professional to manage a portfolio of luxury properties in the CBD market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leasing expert to join our team and utilize their skills to negotiate and close deals, arrange inspections, and prospect new business agreements with landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of around 250 high-end properties
  • Arrange and lead property inspections
  • Negotiate and close deals for approximately 20 available properties at any given time
  • Pursue and secure new business agreements with landlords
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must be located within easy access to the city center
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar market place, specializing in high-end properties and educated landlords and tenants
  • Previous experience managing new business leads is highly advantageous
  • A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence is mandatory
  • A car and driver's license are also required
  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills
