Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating all civil construction activities on large-scale roads projects.

  • Managing and liaising with sub-contractors to ensure their work aligns with project objectives and safety protocols.

  • Monitoring progress, quality, and safety on site, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Maintaining accurate daily site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality checks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No less than 8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor, specifically on roads projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in sub-contractor management.

  • In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • A valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., White Card).
