About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver case management and early intervention support to families, supervise and mentor social work students, conduct needs-based assessments and develop tailored case plans, coordinate referrals and collaborate with internal and external services, advocate for clients across housing, legal, and welfare systems, provide outreach support and maintain accurate case documentation, respond effectively to crisis situations and mitigate risk.

To Be Successful, You'll Have
  • A degree in Social Work (essential).
  • 3–4+ years' experience in casework.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring Social Work students (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of trauma, mental health, AOD, and DV issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • NSW Driver's Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
