- Advanced degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Professional registration with relevant health organizations
- Minimum three years of counseling experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a fast-paced workflow
