Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and engaging coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging programs, mentoring educators, and building positive relationships with the school community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your own OSHC service by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children.
  • Create engaging programs using industry-leading programming tools.
  • Be the face of the service and create positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • The ability to build strong, positive relationships is essential.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services is required.
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state is mandatory.
  • Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting is necessary.
  • Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check is required.
