About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Mediabrands. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing that attracts, engages, converts, and delights our customers across all digital channels and touchpoints.

The Addressable Executive role is a key position within our team, focusing on both implementation and client relationships. You will work with a range of our leading clients, aiming to become a trusted advisor. Your collaboration with our Advisory & Trading teams will ensure seamless follow-through on recommendations, providing insights to inform future planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Agency teams and direct clients to become a trusted source of Addressable knowledge, owning the relationship of a client portfolio.
  • Build relationships with AdTech vendors and media partners to stay at the forefront of industry changes, uncovering benefits and opportunities for clients to deliver business outcomes.
  • Respond to campaign briefs in line with agency planning processes, ensuring digital best practice is implemented with reference to research and sources for validation.
  • Evangelize Kinesso solutions by familiarizing agency teams with product offerings as well as industry updates.
  • Provide agency partners with thought leadership and education ahead of briefs where relevant.
  • Curate case studies for internal knowledge sharing and PR purposes.
  • Lead campaign KPI fulfillment on behalf of team portfolios, collaborating with Client Advisory teams to extract optimal campaign performance, fulfill client objectives, and hero campaign results through an insights-led approach.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years' experience in programmatic media, including working with DSPs such as DV360, Trade Desk, or others.
  • Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns within DSPs.
  • Confidence in creating digital strategies and presenting insights to clients.
  • Advanced Excel skills, data visualization, charting, and analysis.
  • The ability to organize and manage detailed campaign performance.
  • A solid understanding of ad networks, exchanges, or auction marketplaces.
  • An understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
  • The ability to have fun
