Job Title: Manager, Workplace Services

Our organization is seeking a skilled Manager to lead a team of professionals in delivering frontline support services to staff, visitors, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of Workplace Services across our metro portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervise and manage a team to deliver customer support services to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and standards required.">
  • Manage a large volume of customer queries to a high, consistent level and ensure the team maintain effective relationships with floor customers.">
  • Manage reporting, ensuring data is accurate and dashboard information provided to senior management, including team KPIs.">
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure efficient service agreements are met.">
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers while promoting and supporting an agile working environment.">
  • Lead the review of block and stack management and queries for relocations.">
  • Respond to a range of enquiries and routine requests for information.">
