About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance and Policy Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our enterprise-wide policies, frameworks, processes, reporting, and other key deliverables.

As a Compliance and Governance Manager, you will play a crucial role in drafting and collating various risk reports for the Executive Risk Committee and Group Risk Divisional Risk Committee. You will also be responsible for uplifting, embedding, and maintaining the group's policy environment and operating model, including processes, documentation, systems, and reporting.

As a Risk Management Consultant, you will advise on policy governance and provide quality reviews over policies. You will also assist with the review and uplift of Terms of Reference for various Risk Committees across the organization, draft and review papers for the Executive Risk Committee, and conduct the annual review of any published documents regarding risk management and risk governance across the Group.
