Cuscal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategy and Regulatory Affairs to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Risk Management Framework and Strategy (RMFS).
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Cuscal's RMFS to ensure effective risk management and compliance with industry, regulatory, and prudential standards.
- Coordinate the implementation of strategic and emerging risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to identify and manage material risks.
- Support the design, establishment, and ongoing review of RMFS governance structures.
- Monitor adherence to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework and coordinate related reporting.
- Act as Cuscal's primary contact for regulators and ensure all interactions meet policy standards with accurate and timely record keeping.
- Build and lead an internal community to facilitate consultation, feedback, and knowledge sharing on matters relating to policy setting and reviews, regulatory change, and emerging risks.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g. law, finance, business, audit).
- Demonstrated experience in compliance management within the finance and banking industry.
- Sound understanding of relevant laws and regulations, industry codes, standards, and prudential requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in operational risk and compliance roles, including the design and implementation of effective risk and compliance management frameworks.
- Strong change management, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
