We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Customer Payments team.
As a Customer Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through payments and debt recovery processes.
- Supporting customers in resolving and negotiating payments, deadlines or disputes
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
