Speech Pathologist Role

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline.

You will be delivering high-quality services to clients across residential aged care and community settings. This is a chance to work independently, manage your own calendar, and choose flexible hours and locations that suit your lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia. They must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transport for travel. A passion for improving the lives of older adults is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions.
  • Manage client relationships and develop personalized service plans.
  • Provide in-person and telehealth services to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Travel to support clients in regional areas when required.
