Job Title: Patient Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This includes assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of these plans.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions, participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with best practices, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering care that is respectful, empathetic, and tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) and relevant nursing qualification;
  • Certificate IV in AOD (or willingness to obtain within 12 months);
  • Experience in AOD services and confidence in managing challenging behaviors or dual diagnoses;
  • A calm, clear, and empathetic communication style, especially in crisis situations;
  • A strong sense of ethics, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine desire to uplift people from all walks of life;
  • Proficiency with clinical documentation and digital systems;
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check;
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence;
