Before and After School Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Before and After School Care Coordinator to join our team at Terang College.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, while also supporting local families and creating engaging programs.
You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, receive extensive training, and develop your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children.
- Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks.
- Be the face of TheirCare and build positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
