Role Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Play Coordinator, overseeing the after-school program.

The selected candidate will be tasked with the development and efficient management of the after-school activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating engaging play experiences in a structured, safe, and nurturing environment
  • Designing and organizing a diverse range of activities
  • Coordinating with administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the program
  • Preparing healthy snacks in accordance with established guidelines
  • Maintaining the safety and well-being of all participants and staff
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with parents, school leadership, and colleagues

We encourage applications from individuals with an NVQ Level 3 in Playwork/Childcare or a similar qualification. Candidates who are pursuing this qualification or possess relevant experience will also be considered. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to regulatory requirements. The successful candidate may be expected to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
