As a key player in the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Developments International (MDI) is seeking a skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to drive informed decision-making and business strategy. They will work closely with commercial teams, production, operations, and supply chain to foster a culture of accountability and ensure that both tactical and strategic decisions are grounded in solid data.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Planning & Performance Management: Build forecasting models tailored to business needs, incorporating past, present, and future trends.
- Own and present performance reports, budgets, and forecasts to key stakeholders, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities.
- Lead the annual financial planning process and routine forecasting to ensure high-quality business planning across revenue, costs, and CAPEX.
- Support business case development and provide commercial evaluations for key initiatives.
- Experience in a complex Pharma or Manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
- Competency with data tools including Power BI and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis skills to develop meaningful commercial insights.
