About Our Role

LME Care, a leading mental health support provider, is seeking dedicated and compassionate mental health professionals to work with individuals suffering from mental health issues in the Indooroopilly area.

Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support, creating a safe and nurturing environment for our clients. As a mental health support professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in their recovery journey and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions, promoting their independence and self-care.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing community resources and services.
  • Monitor and report on client progress and behavior, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy regulations are upheld, adhering to all relevant laws and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a mental health support role, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support.
  • At least one of the following: MAYBO, TCI, or CPI certification, or certification in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current working with children check and National Police Check.
