Qualified Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents in one of our Sydney-based residential homes.

This is a casual opportunity that requires a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support and at least 6 months of experience. You will be working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and thrive in a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide essential care and personal assistance to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and report any necessary information to relevant staff members.
  • Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team and provide exceptional care and service to our residents.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in documenting resident care.
  • Valid working visa and current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Highly organised and able to plan effectively.
