Xavier Catholic College, a ministry of the Catholic Parish of St Francis Xavier and a Companion School of Jesuit Education Australia, is seeking an experienced and accomplished educator to fill the role of Chief Academic Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's academic program, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their future endeavors.
As Chief Academic Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement educational strategies that align with the school's mission and values.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting teachers, providing guidance on curriculum development, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of pedagogy and curriculum design, and a passion for education and student success.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Location: Richmond Region
