- Salary Band: $112,892 - $133,388 per annum pro rata (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**

This position will contribute to the research effort of the Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre and will conduct research activities in collaboration with UniSA Clinical & Health Sciences. The position will support research programs under the direction of the Centre Director.

This position will be located within the Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre, currently at the University’s City East Campus.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Lead and support research activities associated with the Rosemary Bryant AO Research Centre’s Co-Lab’s key projects by contributing to research project management including design, development and preparation, implementation, coordination, and review
- Contribute to the dissemination of new knowledge by drafting reports, abstracts, scientific papers, and other instruments providing accounts of research undertaking and the findings observed
- Undertake supervision of Honours and/or post-graduate research students
- Enhance the profile and further the research goals of the RBRC and Co-Lab by developing collaborations with consumer and community organisations, professional bodies, and other potential partners

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- A doctoral qualification in a health-related discipline together with demonstrated experience in health or community services engagement and co-design research is required
- Experience and competence in qualitative data analysis
- Demonstrated track record of academic publications
- High level organisational skills and experience in managing projects with multiple priorities, in monitoring workflow and in managing resources to meet objectives and deadlines
- High-level oral and written communication and liaison skills, with the ability to present information effectively and clearly to a wide audience and contribute to the supervision of research students
