Job Title: Parts Ordering Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the ordering of parts and materials to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the ordering of parts and materials from suppliers;
- Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movements;
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt and cost-effective delivery;
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations;
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 2+ years of experience in a related field;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
