Programs Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a maternity leave cover capacity. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our client-focused psychological support programs, including the Gidget House and Start Talking Programs, Emotional Wellbeing Screening Program, and Workforce Development Program.

About the Role
  • Assist the manager in establishing new Gidget House locations, providing support with logistical requirements such as parking permits, Wi-Fi setup, and office equipment.
  • Set up and manage Health Pathways, Health Direct, and e-COPE directory listings, reviewing them monthly for accuracy.
  • Formulate PowerPoint presentations for the Programs team to deliver to relevant referrers, partners, and industry bodies.
  • Create a directory of all programs documentation and conduct a six-monthly review to ensure relevancy and accuracy.
  • Review and manage Strategic Grants accounts to identify potential funding opportunities and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Support the Program Managers to develop and distribute regular reports for partner organisations and funding providers.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of health programs/services.
  • Previous experience working within a small team for the successful delivery of a range of programs/services.
  • Highly flexible and organised with attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and respond to new opportunities and challenges effectively.
  • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits

This part-time position (3 days per week) offers hybrid work arrangements and is located in North Sydney. The initial contract period is 9 months.
