Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities.
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office, including administrative tasks, logistical arrangements, and ensuring the effective use of technology systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Office Management- Provide operational support to colleagues and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage the internal events calendar and coordinate logistics for key events.
- Lead the Social Committee and arrange social events for staff.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with external partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure the effective use of technology systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Own the quality of core data across Actionstep and other systems.
- Assist with end-of-month billing and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- At least 3 years previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of legal practice systems.
- Confidence using a range of technology tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.
