Executive Infrastructure Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI data centre strategies based on thorough financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design, negotiate, and execute complex AI data centre transactions.
  • Work directly with global clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive projects from initial engagement to execution.
  • Create and analyse detailed financial models, pricing strategies, debt/equity funding, and ROI targets for capital-intensive projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities within the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, infrastructure funds, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling, deal execution, and analytical skills.
  • Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders, including global technology clients, hyperscalers, or infrastructure players.
  • Experience in capital-intensive projects or infrastructure-related industries is highly beneficial.
