Key Responsibilities:
- Child Care and Support: Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years old, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Program Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community, ensuring a sense of belonging and connection.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations, ensuring a healthy and secure space for children to learn and play.
- Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage a group of children, ensuring their needs are met and they are engaged in play-based learning activities.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience working as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within a team environment, and a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
