Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join a thriving organization in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage daily invoice processing, accurately allocate customer receipts, and handle credit notes and refunds in accordance with company policies. Follow up on overdue accounts promptly.
  • Accounts Payable: Ensure timely processing of invoices with accurate coding, verify supplier statements, and manage employee expense claims while maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Month-End Support: Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, maintain fixed asset registers, prepare monthly journals, and assist with budgeting and taxation processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Not-for-Profit or NDIS sectors is advantageous.
