About this role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Oncology Nurse to join our team in Day Oncology and Infusion Services at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Werribee campus.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient information.
  • To participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to a safe and supportive work environment.
