**Job Description**

We are looking for a vital member of our team to report to the Accounts Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Efficient management of accounts receivable, with a keen focus on invoicing
- Reconciliation of accounts and meticulous maintenance of accurate records
- Proactive communication with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and issues
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Enhancing processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness for the wider team

**Requirements**

- Full function Accounts Receivable experience, ideally within a large, diverse business
- Ideally experience handling high-volume invoicing work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
