Senior Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled tax specialist to provide advisory and compliance services.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice on complex direct tax matters, transactions, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage tax structuring and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
  • Assist with tax compliance deliverables, including income tax returns, PAYG instalments, and R&D tax incentive claims.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and service providers to ensure compliance obligations are met effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Australian corporate income tax, with exposure to tax compliance and advisory within a large corporate environment or Big 4 firm.
  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Law, with relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CTA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience advising on M&A transactions, due diligence, contract negotiations, and complex income tax issues.
