Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a hospital setting.

This key role involves providing strategic and tactical leadership to ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and feedback protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to governance processes and legislative reporting requirements
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to Hospital teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Improvement Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and experience
  2. Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of operational excellence by ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures
  3. Leadership Development: Provide coaching and mentoring to Hospital teams to enhance their skills and competencies
