We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various support channels.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to onboard them to our products and services, answer questions about product functionality, drive adoption of digital solutions, and provide online help.

You will be measured by service level KPIs, customer satisfaction scores, and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagement with the product and maximize value gained from the platform.
  • Execute seamlessly across multiple workflows and functional areas such as order processing, digital products issuance, disputes, and reconciliation.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback by leading workstreams and initiatives across teams to identify solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and product knowledge gaps within the team and work with management to address these areas effectively.
