Job Title:

Digital Health Network Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Network Communications Specialist to oversee all aspects of managing and supporting a team of data networking support personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to a large and diverse range of stakeholders across a large geographical area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data communications network services and network security within the organization
  • Line management of the team, including ongoing capability development
  • Prioritization and allocation of work to ensure solutions are available per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing voice and data communication solutions, including network security services, within complex organizations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate staff and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and allocate work effectively
  • Experience with leading technical teams through significant organizational change related to service management
