Key Responsibilities:
  1. Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment;
  2. Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  3. Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  4. Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  5. Providing exceptional service to clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Able to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Results-driven individual able to work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Strong passion for supporting people to build better working lives;
  • Hold a current driver's license;
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
