Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customer network.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the Branch, handling transaction activities, educating customers on digital banking solutions, and identifying opportunities for personal banking and lending.
