The _Ploós_ dining space provides a breathtaking backdrop with views of Sydney Harbour and the iconic Opera House, creating a serene atmosphere that connects land to sea. Our focus on Mediterranean-inspired dishes reflects the calmness of the ocean, making this role perfect for those who appreciate the beauty of nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Set up and pack down the bar area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the bar manager to create new cocktails, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Liaise with restaurant management to ensure the drinks menu remains up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Hold Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certification.
  • Have at least 2+ years' experience working in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Possess strong decision-making skills, enabling you to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Be able to work a rotating 7-day roster, adapting to changing schedules and demands.
