Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Learning Enrichment and Program Support Department. This critical role focuses on delivering high-quality educational and developmental support for all students, staff, and families from Early Learning to Year 12.

The successful applicant will oversee a dedicated team of Learning Support Teachers and Assistants, ensuring that tailored support is provided for students with diverse needs, including disabilities, well-being challenges, gifted learners, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and those learning English as an Additional Language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students' needs
  • Implement Individualised Education Plans
  • Liaise with external specialists
  • Secure funding for resources and programs

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified teacher
  • Hold a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
  • Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in learning support
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement
