Senior Director, Work Health Safety
This is a key leadership role that provides strategic direction and guidance to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Unit. The Senior Director will lead the development and implementation of WHS strategies, frameworks, and activities to ensure a safe and accountable healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as occupational health and safety, business administration, or public health.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing WHS strategies, frameworks, and activities.
