As a dedicated support professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence and well-being of our residents. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to restorative and rehabilitative programs designed to promote residents' functional abilities.
  • Deliver tailored exercise and therapy sessions, adhering to personalized care plans created by physiotherapists.
  • Assist with client assessments and re-evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate residents' needs and ensure they have access to assistive devices as recommended by physiotherapists.
  • Support administrative tasks such as equipment ordering and communication with families.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility environment.
  • Provide regular updates on residents' progress to physiotherapists and address any changes in their health or behavior promptly.
Requirements:
  • Desirable: Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, or current studies towards a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy degree.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations or willingness to obtain as required by legislation and company policy.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Current 'Provide First Aid' certification and CPR skills.
  • Ability to perform job duties with physical stamina.
