Role Summary:

An experienced leader is sought to spearhead the development and implementation of educational programs that foster continuous improvement and engaging learning environments for children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating, supporting, and mentoring educators to build capacity for growth and develop their skills.

This involves:

  • Motivating and supporting educators through engagement in professional conversations and critical reflection
  • Providing hands-on learning and professional development opportunities
  • Empowering others to build capacity for continuous improvement

About This Role:

This is a key position that requires leadership and expertise in educational program development and implementation.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, who can motivate and support educators, and has a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs and practices

Lead and support educators in professional growth and development

Mentor and coach educators to improve teaching practices

Work collaboratively with teams to achieve educational goals

Monitor and evaluate educational programs and make recommendations for improvement

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate and support educators

Understanding of educational frameworks and regulations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing educational priorities and needs

Passion for early childhood education and commitment to lifelong learning

Qualifications:

A recognised Early Childhood Teaching Degree or approved Diploma level qualification

A Child protection qualification

A Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training

A Working with Children Check verification number
