We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to support the delivery of cutting-edge information and communication technology (ICT) solutions.
- Create high-quality documentation that supports product release, sustainment, and compliance in accordance with Australian and international standards.
- Develop and maintain technical artefacts: functional specifications, design documents, standard operating procedures, manuals, and compliance documents.
- Translate complex systems into clear documentation for diverse audiences, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Closely collaborate with engineering, integrated logistics support (ILS), and project teams to deliver high-impact documentation that drives real outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing version control and document updates, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong procedural and technical writing skills, with excellent communication and self-management abilities.
- SAFe certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable.
- Australian citizenship is required, and NV1 security clearance must be obtained.
Nice to Have:
- Project management experience in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK methodologies.
- Knowledge of ICT project delivery, ILS, or test and evaluation/validation.
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments is an advantage.
