About the Role

The Digital Products and System Enhancements (DPSE) team seeks a skilled Document Specialist to join their ranks. This role involves designing and developing online forms and digital documents, as well as collaborating with business stakeholders to collect their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact the lives of individuals and families in Australian communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and developing online forms and digital documents
  2. Collaborating with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  3. Testing and debugging digital solutions
  4. Providing support to end-users

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Additionally, you should be able to interpret and understand technical documentation and explain complex information in a straightforward manner to internal and external staff and stakeholders.
