Program Guidance Specialist

The Course Advisor provides guidance and support to prospective students, helping them navigate course options and enrolment procedures.
This role involves working closely with a team and participating in training opportunities. The position is open to candidates based in Melbourne or Adelaide.
- Responding to student enquiries in a timely manner via phone and email.
- Building strong relationships with prospective students through effective communication and dialogue.
- Encouraging student enrolment using a consultative approach that meets individual needs.
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of student enquirers in the CRM system.
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who can inspire students about career opportunities in their chosen program.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar advisory role or equivalent sales-based experience.
- Experience in student services or telephone-based roles within an education provider or Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships.
