What Your Day Will Look Like….
Each day, you'll build positive connections with patients and visitors through compassionate, proactive engagement that fosters a calm and safe environment. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team to identify and de-escalate challenging behaviours using respectful and empathetic interventions. Your presence will be a steady source of reassurance, helping to elevate the healthcare experience and shape a culture of safety and care.

Darling Downs Health's (DDH) region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland.
