About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Faculty Manager to join our team at the University of Notre Dame Australia. As a key member of our Faculty of Arts, Sciences, Law and Business, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of our operational services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support the Faculty's teaching, learning, research, and engagement agendas.
  • Manage the Faculty's budget, including financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide high-level assistance to researchers on grant submissions and reporting.
  • Coordinate regular reporting of Faculty KPIs to the DVC Learning & Teaching's Office.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, including postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, law, operational, or HR management.
  • Equivalent extensive experience in senior management in a complex organization, demonstrating experience in managing significant human and material resources.
