Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic end-to-end supply chain role that requires a skilled Logistics Specialist to coordinate the receipt of imported goods, manage co-packers and warehouse operations, and support inventory replenishment between warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt of imported goods into the 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Monitor and forecast shipments and deliveries, addressing any scheduling or capability issues with stakeholders.
  • Manage co-packers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support inventory replenishment between Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, ensuring timely order dispatch.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics with strong analytical skills using Excel and attention to detail.
  • Strong ERP systems experience such as JDE or SAP with customer service focus.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with familiarity with export/import documentation & legislation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
